How do you explain Google’s guideline about creating your website
Make a site with a clear hierarchy and text links. Every page should be reachable from at least one static text link.
We all probably know the definitions of hierarchy, and text links. All Google wants us to do is to be well prepped when finally publishing our website or online presence. We should not take for granted one of the main reasons why in the first place that we can create a web presence and that is information.
Any website, business or personal, will definitely have content which is the actual information that each entity does present to the world wide audiences hence having that information well organized is one of Google’s guideline to publishing a good website.
As for text links and seo, well each link will always have a relevant anchor text to it. Google simply says that it should be informational rather than have links named as LINK 1, LINK 2, LINK 3. Make it more informational and keyword friendly.
Google as the all time favorite for search engines really just wants websites to more organized and presented for the human audiences hence the information should be well placed. Let us not forget that creating websites involve the basics of HTML and that these elements also have a part in telling search engines and humans alike the different hierarchy in a page. Make use of what is available and present them in a well organized manner.
As for page linking, Google does not restrict the use of deep/er links in pages as at times information can really not be fitted in one page but as much as possible, if there is a way for your structure to be arranged in the sense that everything is 1 click away, it will not simply be advantageous to search engines but more so with the people coming into your website. A click away and a click back would mean that the person looking for these information landing in your home page can definitely be redirected to that page eventually as the info is presented to him directly.
Google does rank pages but not all our pages will be ranked the way we want it to, so having a clear home page, which is the commonly ranked page in our website and is presented in the SERPs, having links to each of the information on what your site represents will clearly be the most useful for visitors looking for such.
Let us just always keep in mind that Google wants to show the most logically relevant results and all our favorite search engine wants us to do is to create clear, concise, and well organized websites for the consumers that you and google serves which are the searchers. Let us do but not overdo.
