By: David Nielsen 987

This is David Nielsen and Hello to everyone, I'd like to express my appreciation to you for your visit to my page. My purpose in constructing this blog is to present some information and explain the facts regarding money-gifting programs.
What is the definition of Money Gifting Programs?
Cash Gifting is not a well known concept, but one that many are curious about.
I wonder if a Money Gifting Program is a pyramid scheme.
* Lastly, is it legal to participate in cash gifting?
The questions about the money gifting programs are excellent, do you agree? Let us look at the first one to start.
What are all of these money gifting programs?
Everybody gives gifts, since the days Jesus was here on earth, we have had that wonderful feeling you get when giving a gift. Private gifting doesn't involve Commercial or Business activity. It is important to note that this program is different, being not Network Marketing, not Affiliate Marketing, nor Multi-Level Marketing. There are absolutely no transactions in Investment, Securities or Business involved. Being a member of a special club is similar to participating in a Money Gifting Program.
What is the theory surrounding Cash Gifting?
One way of privately showing others we care is to give them gifts. This situation has existed for hundred of years.
Lots of people like to give there friends and families and people they care about money gifts. This practice is permitted by governments worldwide. Are you a naturally generous person, giving your family and friends thoughtful gifts, or do you readily offer your help to those in need?
Gifting is part of everyday life in cultures all over the world They will offer a gift so that their neighbor can achieve something like starting a business or buying a home. Gift-giving is quite common within the South American, Jewish and Asian cultural communities. And then that person turns around and gifts someone else to help improve that person's life. A terrific instance of personal gifting is a donation to Habitat for Humanity. Everyone donates their time, talents and materials to help others build a new home. These people all work together to bless someone's life; some may use hammers and nails, while other use monetary gifts, but they all do it to bless another human being. Wow, that was cool!
Let's look at some of the different ways the gifting activity works.
A fundamental belief of gifters is that, to everything there is a season. The phrase "Those who give shall receive" is familiar to you. This is nothing more than the old adage about reaping what you sow. Is it beginning to make sense to you? You will find that once you start giving gifts, gifts will come to you. Once the Laws of Attraction go into effect, you are unable to stop it. It is readily apparent that when we bless another it just opens the door for our own blessings. For those of you who have not read The Laws of Attraction by Michael J. Losier - I want to really encourage you to do so. The point is there are no people who have a better chance over new members in a money gifting program. Each person is equal to the next, see if you can find that where you work or anywhere else in fact.
Money Gifting Program a strategy that resembles a pyramid plan.
It's absolutely untrue - money gifting programs are not pyramid schemes! In order for something to be classified as a pyramid scheme, it has to be a business or corporation. Money Gifting Programs are private sharing clubs that are very popular, but, they are not companies. Sales quotas do not exist. Currently, there are not any openings. There isn't a wide base at the bottom. There is also no one at the top. There's no question about it: everyone is equal. Do you know anyone who started at the lowest rung of a company and work their way up to the top? It's not something I've done.
Last of all, is monetary gifting absolutely legal?
It's true that people from all walks of life, civic organizations and religious groups have been participants in organized gifting for three centuries and more. Exchanging gifts is a legally supported act, supported by laws. Americans have the right to make money, pay their taxes, and give away their property. They just have to do it within the limits of the law. That is why we have the Preamble, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. They protect our right to manage our property as we see fit within reason.
Legally, private gifting is protected by US and Canadian laws that allow citizens to make gifts of cash, property, and other assets under a different set of rules than are used for paying someone. The U.S. The IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, contains the pertinent rules on gifting.
You can give a $11,000 gift each year without being taxed on it. The gross income of the person does not include these gifts received.

Hopefully this has cleared up some things in regards to Money Gifting Programs. I realize the one I'm part of is seven years old. It is my opinion that Money Gifting Programs are appropriate for hards times only, and not to be exploited. YouTube videos of me ripping open envelopes and boxes do not exist. In my opinion these people are misusing the rights that they have. If someone genuinely cares for others and takes pleasure in lending a helping hand to those who need it. Then maybe a Money Gifting Program is the right choice for you. You can look at my website at this location moneygiftingprograms.com
