So, you did not report for work and you need a Doctor's note to present when you get back. Unfortunately, you don't have or could not provide a valid Doctor's note. You probably don't have time to visit the Doctor's Office or doesn't have health insurance to cover your medical expenses. But you would probably thinking of what kind of illness you will put in your fake doctor's note. Below are list of common illness that you can use for your fake Doctor's note. Finally, be sure that you do not mistakenly use a illness that is not meant for your gender: e.g. Dysmenorrhea. Doing so may lead to great embarrassment or even undesirable consequences.
